Origin Notes: Guatemala is a classically popular coffee origin. The coffee is typically grown at higher altitudes which produces a medium-bodied cup with a pleasing acidity. Enough acidity to be different but not overwhelming to someone new to specialty coffee.
Qualities: Flavor notes of cocoa and nuts with a medium mouth feel. Lingering tobacco notes.
